The Core
MLEstimation was created by Codiste in response to the main problems that HVAC contractors encounter during project estimation. In the past, the contractor had to manually count materials from construction drawings which not only took a lot of time but also accuracy of the bid was affected by possible human errors. Thus a project might not be won. Our client desired the development of an easy-to-use software that will automate this process efficiently and will provide highly accurate project estimates.
Within four monthsβ time, Codiste created MLEstimation that is based on data extraction techniques to help in collecting accurate information about the warehouse. This program increased the solidity of the bids.It also allows the HVAC contractors to spend the time earlier needed for bid preparation in the other more crucial areas of their business. The user-friendly dashboard makes it easy to use for different types of people, namely contractors, architects, engineers, and facility managers.
